New board member appointment Tina Ferguson offers over 20 years’ experience in public sector management and administration, at the State and Federal level. Tina is a highly effective project manager and has delivered several multi-million ICT projects for State and Federal Government improving the customer experience for citizens.  Tina was the creator and lead for the D3 Digital Challenge initiative, designing technology concepts to address complex social problems using co-design methods. Social issues explored included ageing, domestic violence, children’s online safety, children’s healthy eating and parenting.  In addition to her role with SIINSA, Tina is a member of Her Tech Path supporting Women in STEM careers, and volunteer phone counsellor for Family Drug Support, supporting families affected by loved one's drug and alcohol issues. Tina has qualifications in business, user-centred design, and a Diploma in Project Management.
